Per the website listed below, trafficking is described as follows: "Human trafficking is a situation in which an individual is compelled to work or engage in commercial sex through the use of force, fraud or coercion. If the individual is under the age of 18 and engaging in commercial sex they are experiencing trafficking regardless of whether force, fraud, or coercion is also taking place." Googling your local area for Domestic Violence Resources can illuminate options you didn't know you had, right nearby home. Some areas have resources which will help you flee to a shelter, will help you relocate, know your local housing, food and financial resources. Some local centers have Legal Aid for those who need it whether for pressing charges or divorce/custody cases. You may be surprised how many resources are right nearby.
